Personal Trainer
Chelsea is a certified personal trainer. In High School she was a volleyball, basketball, and track star, who has always been interested in fitness and has always participated in it as well. During college she took time off and began to become quite unhealthy. It started to affect her mental health and energy levels. Once she started working out and moving her body everyday again, her energy improved along with her mental health. She started out as a Yoga Instructor and decided to combine that knowledge set with becoming a Personal Trainer. She also graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2019 with a Criminal Justice degree with minors in Psychology and Juvenile Justice. Her goal in fitness is to maintain her health and push herself to limits that she’s never dreamed of, her goals are important because she has always enjoyed the thrill of pushing herself to accomplish more than what she thinks she can.
